Trumpia is a mobile-markting SAAS application for B2B and B2C communications.
In 2012 it was ranked #515 on the INC 5000 list of fastest growing companies (one year after I started working there).
Here are some of the programs I used while working for Trumpia's Design and Video teams.
I was originally hired as an animator for Trumpia's promotional videos. After some time, my supervisors realized that I was capable of a lot more and I was given control over both the Design and Video departments, managing design and video resources locally and overseas.
Over 30 animated promos and tutorials released.
Management of the Design team in Korea and daily standup meetings for feedback and direction.
Management of the video department for production of tutorials and direction of sound engineers, voice actors, and editors.
Regular collaboration with the marketing team on animated ads, promos, and screenplays.
I was hired by Trumpia at the recommendation of a close friend who worked there. She regularly recommended me to positions as we had both worked together and admired each other's work ethic. I started on the animation team, where I regularly produced animated promo content at a rate of 1 video per month. The videos were often animated case studies aimed at certain industry verticals such as retail, restaurants, medical, etc. I also worked with AT&T's Branding and Legal Departments to create tutorial videos for the AT&T Messaging Toolkit- a whitelabel version of our platform.
I quickly proved myself in the field of motion graphics and my supervisors were impressed by the quality of the videos versus their old content. I was then given control of the design team in Korea. I worked Sundays to coordinate with their schedule, and gave them regular feedback and direction. During my time there, we also re-designed the company website for a much needed facelift.
In addition to my work with the video and design teams, I became friends and regularly collaborated with our marketing team to write scripts for our animated tutorials, promos, and advertisements. I learned a good deal about marketing concepts such as value prop, SEO, and call-to-action from my time working with the team.
